These terms apply when you use witchhours.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is $4.99, and free on orders of $50 or more. The full total is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, or 8 to 12 business days for The Script. These are estimates and can vary. Once your order ships, it's your responsibility to give a correct address; we're not responsible for parcels sent to an address you entered wrongly.

Using our products

Use products as described. The Cue is for external use only: patch test first, avoid eyes and broken skin, keep away from children and pets, and stop using it if irritation occurs. Ask a doctor before use if you're pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition. Keep earbud volume at a safe level.

Our products aren't medical devices and aren't meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Our content

The Witch Hours name, logos, designs, images and text on this site belong to Witch Hours. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
