Returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, The Frequency and The Cue can only be returned unopened, unless they arrive faulty.

How to return

Email contact@witchhours.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. It can take 5 to 10 business days to show, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs aren't refunded unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.
