This policy explains what we collect when you use witchhours.com or place an order, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.

How we use it

Only to process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, handle returns, and answer your questions. We share your name and address with our suppliers and delivery companies so your order can reach you.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Your bag and wishlist

Your bag and wishlist are saved on your own device, not in a database on our servers. Your wishlist is also kept in a cookie our site sets, so it's still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your choices

Email contact@witchhours.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We keep order records only as long as we need them for orders, returns, taxes and the law.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page.
